Come
round to the side entrance (facing the cricket ground) and go up the
stairs on your right. We'll be in the hall putting out the mats | No adult classes currently

At night, Energie is reached through a double set of firedoors at the back of the Princes Mead Centre
There's two simple ways to find Energie.
1.
Head for the Asda carpark. Drive in and follow the road around to
the left. It will take you around the back of the Asda / Princes Mead Centre. Energie is to your right.
2. Head for the Clockhouse Roundabout and turn onto Victoria Road. Then turn left into Westmead.
